My site contains information for serious bodybuilders and weightlifters.  There's a section that describes "My Background".  It outlines what it took to get me where I am.  You'll also finds photographs, programs, titles, schedules and links to other sites.  Make sure to check out "My Titles".  It has been a lot of work to get where I am, but it was worth it.  Well, I'll be adding information and more pictures, so make sure to stop back often.
